Annual Camping Trip 2012

Well it happened once again, we wasted another perfectly good week at The Property.  As some of you  know, this was the 12th Annual Camping Trip in Sunshine Valley.  We made a lot of headway of our projects, including building new footings for the Drunken Woodpecker Corral Bar and lifting the entire building up onto them.  We also removed the wooden chainsaw milled roofing in hopes of replacing it with metal in the near future. I also set up a sink for the campsite- outdoor plumbing! The Property Corps of engineers also built a (hopefully) permanent dam. We still need to make a Spillway wall and shore up the sides a bit, but we made some real progress. Unfortunately, being the only photographer in the group, and being one of the few who always worked on the projects, most of that work was not recorded.  However, I do have plenty of "off hours" drinking recorded for your viewing pleasure.  I actually stayed at The Property for two whole seeks, so I got a lot of tractor work done to the roads after the boys left.
